Is anyone having issues uploading documents to rentredi?  The site and app are not allowing me to upload a PDF lease for signing via app and website.   I have contacted support with no help, and it has been two weeks plus.  

On a side note, I am looking for recommendations of other management software.  The main functions that I use are rent collection, screening, and doc signing.  Thanks in advance.

I just got under contract on two duplex’s and a single family. They are all currently rented. What all should I ask for during due diligence (rent payment, deposits, leases, etc)?
