Hello Everyone! My name is Jakari Mayers and I am a current college student studying Finance and Real Estate. I am doing a study regarding current real estate investing for a class and would like the help of the BiggerPocket Community. Today I am targeting part-time real estate investors regarding their personal experience. So, lets get started.

-What type of real estate do you invest in?

-Do you use a realtor?

-Do you use a real estate investment firm? If not why don't you?

-What part of real estate investing do you dislike the most?

Thank you to anyone that responds to this post and this information will be going to a good cause.

-Jakari Mayers

Scenario: You are a college student living in college housing with 3 other roommates. You want to buy your own home and the same roommates will be living there paying rent which would go toward the mortgage. Now the bad part, you have very limited funds (typical college student) and decent credit. How would you go about this situation?
