I have a 41 property package for sale. It's huge but I need a buyer I don't know who to contact for such a huge package. its 5.2 Mil. any advice on it? Who should I be targeting its in Florida I appreciate everyone's feedback

I just came across a property near my area it has fire damage. It seems like the whole roof may be to be re done and from what I can tell from the outside....They may need to tear down the house down and build a new one. Is this a good investment for a wholesale?
