Hey,

So I have my Eyes on a property for a very low acquisition price. I can buy it cash tomorrow with no issue. Where the issue comes in is the Rehab costs. I will need about 70k to rehab the property and I can buy it at about 30k. The ARV for the property fully rehabbed is about 175k. So the margins work.
Only issue is I am having a hard time trying to secure the rehab costs. Any ideas on how I can go about this. Or does anyone worth with a place that will fund this type of deal.
