Thank you, Barry. That makes sense! Don't take any duds, don't be afraid to back out if it looks like it's not a good bet, and use separate contracts if I need to get multiple buyers. 

Is it too risky to wholesale 3 houses by the same seller simultaneously, like if they're on the same contract? I have a cash buyers list, but doing this deal may mean I need 3 different buyers instead of 1. I'd hate to get the houses under contract and only find buyers for 1 or 2. Has anyone wholesaled multiple properties (by same seller) at the same time, and if so, what has been your experience?
