So I was just wondering how harder or if there’s much difference when getting a property under a contract with a realtor instead of directly with the buyer for wholesaling? I’m asking because in my local area I want to wholesale, but the market is heavy on realtors selling. I know buying homes through the owner directly helps when it comes to motivated sellers, but what would be a tactic for dealing with realtors? Any help on this matter is much appreciated!

So I’ve been studying real estate for the past month almost everyday (renting & wholesaling to be exact) I watch YouTube, listen to podcasts & started to read books; staring off with rich dad poor dad. Anyways I’m currently active duty until Sept 2020 and not sure what more I can do at my position here right now. I don’t mind studying and researching, but not sure anything more. Debating on starting wholesaling here before I move out to my home state. Any opinions or suggestions on the the topic?
