Can anyone tell me what’s a good title company that can do double closing in South Jersey? I went to a few title companies and they told me that they have no problem doing assignment closing but they can’t do double closing.

I am wholesaling in South Jersey and looking for good suggestions investor friendly title companies or closing agents in South Jersey. Any feedback or response would be helpful, thank you.

Hey I’m working on closing my first deal and the seller and I agreed on a price but the seller is in a different state. I want to know how to handle closing when they are in a different state?
