@Tyler Gibson that’s what I was confused about, and that’s what I’m doing, researching before I start wholesaling , obviously.

@Tyler Gibson say for example the arv of a property is 100,000 with a 30% discount, which leaves 70,000. We need 20,000 for repairs so that leaves 50,000 and my fee is 10,000. The max offer would be 40,000. The seller owes 20,000 in back taxes on the property . So that means 10,000 would go to the seller in cash and 20k would go to paying the taxes and 10k would go to me right ?

Guys, I went and got my list of tax delinquent properties but I don’t understand how the process goes when buying getting it under contract with the seller. I know I tell the seller that I will handle paying back the taxes, but does that mean I up the price to the person buying the property from me ? How does it work when wholesaling with tax delinquent properties ?
