Coming up on the end of the year and we bought 6 houses and all are finance. What questions do I need to ask myself when it comes to taxes benefits? Just asking for general ideas to be thinking about. Feel free to ask questions if needed

@James Mann I see you are in Jonesboro. Will you have time to grab lunch? I am here in JB as well.
@David Waddleton the city I live in is Jonesboro, Arkansas and you can find properties for under 100k. All the properties I bought have been under 70k and I was able to get a nice return on each property.
@Jim Goebel I just ran across something one of my agent send to me about something they will be going in our city. So does it mean that anybody who choose to put their funds in to this program will get these incentives? Still trying to understand how it works.
