@Ned Carey

Thanks for your comment and advice. What do you think is the best way for me to get started? How should I find reputable turn key providers?

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post on BP.

A little background, I just graduated this past June and want to get into real estate investing as early as I can.

I live in California, but I don’t think it’s a good idea to invest here right now because everything is just so PRICEY.

I have been reading about strategies to buy properties in the mid-west that are under 125k that cash flow. First of all, is this still possible now a days? I know a few years ago everyone was getting good deals.

I was thinking of looking for some solid turn key companies in the mid west for my first investment so I can gain experience being a landlord? Anyone have any suggestions for solid turn key companies?

Any other advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance for the feedback!
