I work with an investment brokerage called Skystone. We're consistently selling 7-10 residential properties a month to investors looking to buy/fix/flip and buy/fix/hold throughout the Atlanta metro. We're all licensed real estate agents, but only work exclusively with investors on the investment side. We also do about 5-6 flips a year ourselves from buying on the court steps and other connections. Any flip investors out there who like 300k+ ARVs? We currently sell around 5-10 properties a month throughout the Atlanta Metro, but most of the deals we sell are under 300k ARV. A lot of money to be made in higher end areas, but the investor pull gets much smaller. Reach out to me if you like these types of deals. We just got a property in Chamblee under contract.
