Send me a quick message, I'd like more info on this property. .. Thanks

Hey guys, ...

Hope everyone is doing well.

We will be expanding our search to UNION COUNTY.

Union County NJ as we know has a lot of great safe neighborhoods that could be great for a long term hold investment strategy.

I'm excited to chat with anyone with great knowledge of Union County!

Thanks,

The New Year is starting out quite well for one of our key target areas, NEWARK NJ. Data like this one really tells the story of the ongoing commitment of major developers, pouring cash in the city.

Keep in touch!

Hi everyone- I'm one of those aforementioned NYC transplants to Maplewood, moved in August and have been poking around Newark as well lately. Can anyone recommend an investor-friendly agent that focuses on Newark? I know this question has been asked plenty on here, but not super-recently as far as I can see in my searching. Any guidance is greatly appreciated, thanks!

 Hi,

Contact Michael Gomes from Signature Realty NJ. He knows Newark pretty well, works for a top team too.

Hi all,

I attended the Jersey City Summit today and most of the large developers in the area are still quite optimistic about Jersey City, Newark and other lifestyle cities of Essex.

They see the continued economic and job growth of the tri-state area as a major positive to help sustain future rent growth in the Northeast Metro area.

However, some big players didn't really buy the benefits of NJ's recent opportunity zones tax initiative. Michael DeMarco from Mack Cali saw it as "all talk" and no real benefits to large developers like them.

Lots of discussion regarding product design trends in residential, retail, and office developments and amenities driving tenants to new luxury apartment homes in the metro areas of NJ, NY, PA.

Overall great day, learned a ton.

I'll keep you all posted on new events I attend.

Thanks,

J

Great info Jacques! Do you know which areas of Newark qualify under this program? I can't tell from the map.

Sure, if you click here NJ.Opp.Zones.Spreadsheet on the state site you see each of the zones listed.

I know a lot of us NJ developers and investors were anxious about this one but at the end, it didn't go Newark's way...

However, we know there are still a lot of great things happening for Essex County with a large set of opportunities for businesses and housing growth.

Let's keep doing our homework and get things done!

Cheers!
