If it really is upside down 26k the appraiser may be preventing you from making a mistake? Do you agree with his/her conclusion?

Hi, i'm curious if there are any successful 'flippers' in the Conejo valley area (Simi valley, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Moorpark).

I'd love to hear some brief details about experiences, cautionary tales, advice etc.
