Hello BP Community! My business partner and I have recently made strides to get systems, marketing materials, processes in place to achieve success upon purchasing our first multi-family property. We are targeting non institutional owned properties that are distressed and have value add opportunities. We already have a direct mailer made, soon to be logo, credibility book one pager (excluding investment highlights, cause we don't have any yet), 3 underwriting modules, leads from ListSource that our in our budget and a business plan powerpoint. We plan to purchase our first property in Q2 of 2017, but in the meantime I am struggling to think of anything that we need to prepare to set ourselves up for success. I was thinking along the lines of building a due diligence check list, but I feel like there is more that we need to be working on.
Anything come to mind that we should be working on?
I heard on one of the podcasts that I recently listened that there was a deal pipeline software that was good at keeping everything organized. Does anyone have any recommendations or the name of that software?
