Thats kind of the situation here I think. The unit is in the very back of the complex so my tenants would have to share a majority of the parking lot. I just hate to pass this one up they are asking 80k and the apartments are renting for a total of 1950 per month.

Thanks for the advice, it makes it much easier when you know the questions to ask. Dont know if this one is going to work out though. The realtor doesn't seem to interested in returning my emails in a timely manner.

Have you ever heard of this type of situation? I didn't know that apartment owners did this type of thing.

I have been looking at purchasing a fourplex that is part of an apartment complex (shares a parking lot). Anybody have any misgivings about this?
