I was planning on buying investment properties out of state, I currently live in Southern California. I have been looking In Ohio, Arizona and Nevada. What are somethings I should look out for when buying out of state? I want to make sure I know what I could be getting myself into. Anything will help!

Hello, My Name is Jacob and I am from Southern Californian. I have been working construction for 3 years while going to school. I have been listening to the BP podcast and trying to educate myself the best I can so I start off on the right foot. I plan on getting into buying/holding income properties. I have been looking in the Ohio, Nevada and Arizona area and I am very motivated to purchase. I eventually hope to become financially stable through real estate, I know this is a big goal but I am very determined to do so. I am open to any support I am able to get and hopefully I can pay it forward one day. If anyone has any thing they recommend I am all ears.
