My friend recently procured a house in Spokane, Wa for a great deal. Her intent is to spend roughly 30k in renovations then sell the property for a surplus. Having wrapped up most of her capital in purchasing the property.

What are some great loan tools/creative financing you’d recommend to pay for renovations?

I am looking to utilize the equity I have in a property to invest elsewhere. What banks offer the best borrowing ratio for HELOCs?

So far so good. I was able to receive 3 quotes from all great contractors and Rendall was extremely responsive and had great pricing!

I have procured a triplex in Spokane, WA and am looking for Contractors/Consultants in the Spokane, WA area with 203k experience and bandwidth in March, 2021.  Appreciate any referrals along with tips and advice for this process.

I’m currently 25 years old and looking now to buy my second primary residence property.
