So the economy there is solid. I am from there and am actually moving back. It is very stable and diverse. As far as renting, I'd say find a good neighborhood and do good tenant screening. 
When it comes to finding the duplex and numbers working out, that one I can not answer.

Okay, so with that 3-2-1 would the final year of that or end of that the rate be fixed or could it go up any higher?

How did you do a 3-2-1 loan or how did your loan officer bring that about? I have not heard of one of those, but am gearing up to buy my second house and could possibly use some sort of loan program like that! 

So I am looking at a house that is in a run down condition and did a tax look up. It shows the information of a LLC that is in austrilla. The name of the LLC is "Cash Flow LLC". It has a P.O Box associated with the it. Granted I Do not know the best way to find a way to contact this buyer. Any suggestions. My plan is to contact them in effort to get them to sell the property based on the assumption that they are out of state or possibly out of country and the property looks like it is in a fixable condition.
