Any recommendations on a software that helps your team keep track of multiple flips/BRRRR's, scheduling, tasks, punch lists, etc.? I've heard of FlipperForce, does anyone have experience with it and recommend it?

It would be awesome if said software could also track leads.

Thanks in advance!

My wife and I are looking for a PM software that integrates with Quickbooks. We currently have 16 units that we're managing and have been using RentRedi, which doesn't integrate with Quickbooks, and also doesn't have all the features we're looking for. What do you recommend that will grow with us to 100 units and beyond? Tenant Cloud? Buildium?

Thanks in advance!
