@Dominic Cordaro I would be interested in a bigger pockets meet up in Lynchburg. There is already a REIA that meets at the Stoney Badger. I believe they meet the second Thursday of every month.

@Michael Guzik excellent advice,  how have you been able to self manage? What does that process look like?
