Anybody investing in Jacksonville FL? Home prices have sky rocketed since I was last there 5 years ago. Is it still a viable market for buy and hold investing / BRRR strategy? If not, how about Ocala? Gainesville?

Anybody have any experience with New Western? I am looking at working with them.

I am a Marine Transitioning into college at the University of Florida. I have about $150,000 in equity in a property and I am looking to pour that into some small Multi Family deals around Jacksonville, Ocala, Gainesville, Daytona, St. Aug ETC. Looking for insight from some more experienced successful investors in the North Florida area about where I should focus my search. If you have a specific zip code/ area/anything at all you could give me it would be greatly appreciated as I am just shotgun blasting the entire state right now running Zillow ads on the BP calculator lol. @Omar Khan Gainesville or Jacksonville are the Markets I chose because my Mother is willing to come on as a lender, so it would be most beneficial to live close to her in Jacksonville, FL. Nashville is just because I have always wanted to live there!

Hello, I am a Marine getting out of the service on January 19th. I have about $170,000 in equity in a property and I am looking to relocate to either Gainesville FL, Jacksonville FL, or Nashville, TN and put that to work starting a business investing in small Multi Family’s. Can anybody give me some insight on where would be the best place to get started? Which would be the easiest location to connect with successful investors and provide value to them in exchange for mentorship? Also, If anybody happens to BE a successful investor in one of these areas, I am a 22 year old former Marine who will work day and night to make this happen if you have anything I can do for you... :) Thanks guys.
