Hey Team, im going to start putting more money into The stock market so that all my wealth isn't just in the real estate.

and I'm playing around with using VFMO a vanguard index fund, along with VTI - their total stock market fund.

Is that crazy? it seems like historically VFMO is riskier but it also has better returns overall.

Dumb Idea? I don't see anyone else talking about doing this. am I just not in the right circles or am I just crazy?

Hey Folks, going to be starting some direct mail marketing, in the South Central Idaho area. looking for any advice or tips on getting started. Do you use an app, do you buy your lists, or do you hand write and do it all yourself, if you have used two different methods which do you prefer?

Any and all advice will be appreciated.

Want to have a solid plan and be moving forward by this Sunday.
