Hey Luis! I'm a real estate agent in the Pittsburgh area that works specifically with investors. For good cashflow, areas like Lawrenceville, Mt. Washington, Bellevue, and Shadyside come to mind first. However, because they cash flow well, it can be difficult to get deals in those areas sometimes, but we come across them quite often. Would love to connect further!
