Thank you! This helps. To clarify, a partnership agreement can be written up and signed using a bank? For instance, if i chose to use Chase, would we get the partnership agreement through them and then open the account there after?

Hello everyone, newbie investor here still learning and wanting to start my journey soon. My best friend and I have decided to take our investing journey together and look at it as a business ran by the both of us. A thought I had was to open up a joint account that we both have control of and can fund together. Any recommendations on what banks to go through? I am also curious to if a business account could be a good option for this. Any advice would be appreciated!

Hello everyone,

I'm still at the beginning of my real estate investing career, I have been researching and looking for deals in my area. I have had some properties catch my attention and I need to make the first step. If I am set on a property, what should be the first thing I do to start the process?

@William Clark. I just recently starting my research and studying so there is still a lot for me to know and learn. I have questions on how to find a good deal. Like, what kind of things make a good deal. My biggest concern at the moment is finding to money to fund it as well. Not too sure where I should look for that.

Hello Everyone, my name is Jacob and I am very new to the whole real estate investing thing. I have been wanting to do it for a very long time now and just have not made the first step. I recently started researching more and now I plan on sticking with it and hope to find my first deal in the near future. Honestly looking for a possible mentor and maybe a potential partner in the future. Could really use the help, very excited to start this journey.
