Thank you! This helps. To clarify, a partnership agreement can be written up and signed using a bank? For instance, if i chose to use Chase, would we get the partnership agreement through them and then open the account there after?

My best friend and I have decided to take our investing journey together and look at it as a business ran by the both of us. A thought I had was to open up a joint account that we both have control of and can fund together. Any recommendations on what banks to go through? I am also curious to if a business account could be a good option for this. Any advice would be appreciated!

I'm still at the beginning of my real estate investing career, I have been researching and looking for deals in my area. I have had some properties catch my attention and I need to make the first step. If I am set on a property, what should be the first thing I do to start the process?

@William Clark. I just recently starting my research and studying so there is still a lot for me to know and learn. I have questions on how to find a good deal. Like, what kind of things make a good deal. My biggest concern at the moment is finding to money to fund it as well. Not too sure where I should look for that.
