I am 18 years old and really want to get into real estate, I figured I’d start from the ground and work my way up. With that, I’m looking for someone who I can potentially bird dog in the saint louis, Mo area, please let me know if you are interested!

What Happens If I can’t find a cash buyer within the (X) day closing period? Do I have to close anyway and pay for the property? I’m sorta new to this so anything helps.
