I just found a home that I would love to buy that is in, or just came out of, the foreclosure process. The home is 5 houses down from another property I currently own and rent. Greentree Servicing is now listed as the owner on the county assessor's website, which was recently purchased by Ditech, a Walter Company. My question is...can I contact Ditech ahead of the foreclosure auction to attempt to purchase the home? Please let me know if this is possible and how to go about it. Thanks

I am looking to build a relationship with a lender that will provide conventional investment property financing for me to grow my business. Hoping to keep it local, but willing to go just about anywhere if the terms are right. Please let me know if you know any locations in Memphis or nationwide that might fit the bill. Thank you!
