Hello! I am 19 and I currently live in Boca Raton. Real Estate has been a passion of mine, literally, since I learned to walk. I intern at a commercial development firm, although would like to start building my own multifamily empire. I have started hunting for my first property, while of course obtaining all available knowledge I can from BP, books, podcasts, etc. Especially so, on analyzing rental properties and identifying the in's and out's of all facets of REI.

I'd like to connect with any and all investors, agents, developers, contractors, appraisers or anyone in the business willing to teach me about whatever aspect of this game they have become experts in.

I am open minded, humble, and easy to teach. Above all, I am hungry and ambitious so what you see (or read, here, rather) is what you get. Period.

I live in Boca Raton and am currently hunting for my first multifamily property. It’s been tough finding one between 2-4 units in a nice neighborhood, while also having attractive numbers. I’m willing to also look at larger multifamily if that’s what I have to do for true value in my area. If you know an agent (or are one) who specializes in either foreclosures or multifamily in Palm Beach and/or Broward County please, please, please let me know!
