Hello!
My partner and I have 5 properties currently under contract in the Cincinnati area and are looking to network with a few more buyers/flippers in the area. If you are currently looking please reach out and I'll send you property info and we can talk.
Thank you!

@Jason Lund I would be happy too. I'm new, so I'll be a leach if that's ok. But let's meet up!

Hello!
My name is Jake. I was born and raised in NE Wisconsin and, while having lived a few other places, have settled back here. I have a background in not wanting to work for other people who try and tell me what my value is ;)
Real estate has always been intriguing to me but never quite as a realtor, more so as an investor/flipper. Only recently have I discovered the concept of wholesaling and it has drummed up something in me. I've spent the majority of the last week reading, researching, trying to learn, etc
To expedite (hopefully) the learning process, I have agreed to help another wholesaler remotely in lead generation as I'm hoping to practice negotiation and finding appropriate properties while possible making some money on the side? I have a History degree, which means nothing other than I spent a lot of time in college researching and fact checking, etc and I love the 'puzzle' aspect of it. I think this is a good idea?
Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks everyone!
Jake
