Hi @Patrick Kaufman,

Welcome to the BP community!  I'm very "green" myself to this world but am trying to learn as much as possible.

I currently live in Pennsylvania but have a lot of family in AZ and am interested in learning more about the area, as I might live there one day.

I'd love to stay connected as we're both trying to learn this new business! Happy to knowledge share as I learn more.

Jake

Hi everyone!

My name is Jake and I've been interested in real estate for a number of years but after picking up The Book on Rental Property Investing this past month, learning about it has become kind of an addiction... Hence why its 2:30 AM and I'm up thinking about real estate...

I am currently living in the Philadelphia area and interested in fixer-uppers that I can buy and then rent out. I was wondering if anyone had insight into which towns near Philly you would consider best for this strategy and what websites/tools you use to determine where to do so?

Thanks for your help!

Jake
