thank you for the prompt response! in terms of partnering, since I honestly do not have much to offer other than drive and time and general property management experience, who should I try and reach out to? do you recommend that I should reach out to current wholesalers, investors, flippers etc? any direction based on experience would be amazing - I feel like I have a lot of gas in the tank, no map, and I am on an eight way intersection in California XD

Hey Bigger Pockets members, My wife and I live in Mesa AZ and are hoping to get into the real estate business for our long term retirement. we have time on our side as we are 26 but there is no reason not to start now. I am currently in property management for my occupation but I hope to someday go prom property manager to property owner through the BRRRR method, but that takes both money and skill to get great deals. as I am low on both, I was thinking of one of the best ways to increase my skills and earn a little money to save up for my own ventures would be wholesaling. what are your thoughts? do you feel like wholesaling would be the best way to earn that experience to start with, or would you recommend something else? I have read Brandon's books and he seemed very hesitant about wholesaling though he did have a chapter on it. your advice is very much so appreciated!
