Hi, I’m currently in the Navy and plan on getting out in about a year and some change. I want to do RE full time. I plan on getting licensed as a realtor while I’m waiting to get out. Good morning, I recently moved to Arnold and bought a 4 bedroom house. I have someone who wants to rent out a few bedrooms, my question is what steps do I need to take ensure this is successful? Hi everyone, I've recently come across an opportunity that I think wholesaling would be the best option. Being a newbie, I feel uneasy doing calculations on the property, I was hoping someone could direct me towards a book or the way they do it.
