I purchased my home in January as our first home, purchased it for $295,000. It’s 3 bed, 2 bath, rv parking and two car garages. Recently updated the front and back yard. I want to keep it for an investment to rent it out l. Here in Saint George the housing market is climbing and just want some advice for this venture.

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $295,000
Cash invested: $3,000

3 bed, 2 bath, two car garage, rv parking, fencing around the home front and back, 1481 sqft

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It’s my first home but eager in using it as an investment as well due the market in Saint George Utah growing rapidly.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Was fortunately the first to see the home and made and offer.

How did you finance this deal?

VA loan

How did you add value to the deal?

Updated the Back and front Yard. Flooring redone bath rooms renovated and garage will be getting enamel garage flooring and upgrading garage lighten.
