Has anyone utilized the services of REA.co? Had good experiences? Bad experiences? Any feedback is helpful.

Has anyone utilized the services of REA.co?  Had good experiences? Bad experiences?   Any feedback is helpful.

Has anyone any experience taking over management of a new build OR outsourcing management of your new build?  What sort of management agreement did you come up with?  What was the escalation of payment fee before opening the building and as the units filled up?  Did you have any sort of guaranteed payment for the first year?

If you speak to Pablo or Katie, simply tell them that Jacob Campbell referred you.

I would recommend Casa Property Management. I do own and self-manage, but due to some of Nebraska's regulations, it would be difficult for us to manage for others.  Casa does a great job.  https://www.lincolncasa.com/

Hi Jeff.  I live in Lincoln Nebraska.  Are you needing management for large apartment complexes or single family homes?

Has anyone utilized Verdant or Carson for HVAC and/or electronic door controls?  We're taking over management of a new build in progress and the builder is very high on both of these for cost savings/ease of access.
