For those of you who have used private lenders to fund a project, what kind of return did you give your lenders? Also, how did you structure repayment of the loan?

(When I say private lender, I mean friends, family, etc. This is probably obvious but I wanted to clarify)

Thanks for sharing everyone, I'm glad to be a part of the community.

My short term goals right now are to learn as much about the industry and the process as possible. Within the next year I'd like to flip my first property. I don't have unrealistic expectations and I'm not looking to get rich quick. I think I would really enjoy making a career out of real estate investing and I'm looking forward to learning from everyone on BiggerPockets.
