Big topic of discussion here. How does everyone Disposition properties? Do you take the highest offer or the first one to sign your agreement and submit EMD to title?

I’m looking for an investor friendly brokerage (allows assignment of contract/ wholesaling) to hang my license and refer business in NH/ME. Does anyone know a national brokerage or one local to NH/ME?

Hi @Jake Burhans

I was in your shoes just 2 years ago and wanted to find a brokerage friendly to investors. My guess is through your research you’ve heard a lot about eXp Realty. If you were interested, there are a lot of great groups within the company that can help you meet your specific goals.

For example there are several organizations that are investor-friendly and provide extra training and 1 on 1 help for investors looking to maximize income with their license. I’m part of a group with the founders of the Fortune Builders group, so that’s been really beneficial for me to learn from those guys! Wholesaling is possible but only under certain conditions that require more explanation.

Regardless of where you choose, Good Luck and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Will definitely keep that in mind, thanks Jon!

@Jake Burhans  better off to go to a boutique brokerage that doesn't kill you with desk fees and monthly charges

I agree, that's what we are leaning towards!

Over the next year, how do you see the cost of renting vs owning a property fluctuating? Will rent continue to increase at this break neck pace, will this then push people back into homeownership? Would love to hear peoples thoughts on this!

This is definitely a hot topic, what do you guys think rising interest rates will do to this housing market? Personally, I see the housing market stabilizing rather than crashing. I think it's super beneficial for everyone to hear different perspectives so please leave your comments below!

Hey Guys,

I know pre-foreclosures/foreclosures are going to become more popular over the next few months, where are the best places to find leads?
