Yes, one of the portfolios is willing to carry a note on a large portion of the transaction. There is also a ~30% component of Subject-To that could be used as well (average rate on Sub-To ~5.3% interest only).

Yes, the portfolio with 3 units is open to seller carry. There is also a sub-to element on that one.

I've had a handful of STR property owners that are looking to sell. 13 units in total. Playing with the idea of syndication or private capital raise, but don't even know where to begin. All advice is welcome.
