I am an investor in Lafayette, La. I found this property not too long ago for my Grandfather who wants to move closer to family. It checks all of the boxes for him and he wants it. The property was bought for $155,000 6 years ago and has a mortgage balance of $120,000. Before I call the heir, I just want to make sure it is possible for him to perform a subject-2 on a property with a deceased owner in Louisiana. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!!
