@Jonathan Greene thanks for the honest reply.

This is going to be my first house where I am going to live in, because I am renting right now.

The agreement is that he is going to buy the house under his name, I am going to do all the renovations if it needs, because I can’t see inside like you said and I am going to pay him a fee around 10k and then refinance the house.

What do you suggest?

Watsapp guys,

I am about to buy a house at Sheriff Sale Auction and found an investor to finance it all cash, but I am kind of confused about other liens on the house.

Should I do a title search or just go to the court house and Check for liens there?

Does anyone has experience with these sales,

Thank you

Hey guys does anyone have any idea how to come up with the money to go and bid for a house in a foreclosure auction, because I know that they need the money upfront.

Any suggestion will help.

Thank you

@Natalie Kolodij

Make sense. Thank you very much

@Ryan Elblein

Yes it does, thank you very much for your explanation and your time.

Hello guys, I am new to investing.

I keep hearing about tax depreciation, but I don’t understand exactly how that works.

Can someone explain that please or give an example.

Appreciate it!

Hello guys,

I want to start in real estate business as buy and hold investor, but right now I am renting myself, so my plan is to buy a fixer upper, renovate it, leave there for 2-3 years and then rent it.

My question is if I sign for 30 years fixed rate, can I refinance and get my money back and keep going.

You guys think is a good strategy?

Thanks to everyone
