Does anyone know of a good REIA group around Chicago?

I've seen a lot of them that are out in the suburbs, but I work and live downtown so I wouldn't be able to travel that far for a weekday meeting.

I have talked to a couple people that have recommended I put each property I purchase to flip into a s-corp for protection under a trust umbrella. Someone I work with is also recommending putting rental properties into a s-corp and I've read the reasons why not to do that.

I would also recommend talking to a lender too, they can help with these types of questions.
