@Ronald Allen Barney thank you so much. I’ll definitely look into those.

Hi guys. This intro is going to be basically the same one I am sure you have read a hundred times on this forum but here we go... I am new to investing in general, and especially in real estate. I am 18 and needing some new resources and advice as I save up for a down payment on a rental property. Any suggestions on resources to learn more? Best ways to invest, how to get loans, understanding real estate, leases, attorney problems, evictions, rehabs, etc. I am currently about halfway through Brandon Turner's "Rental Property Investing" book (which I 100% recommend) but looking for more. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Also, please take a look at my profile and connect with me, always looking to expand my network :) Thanks!

Hey guys. So I’ve gotten some tips that I need to save up more before buying my first property as I only have about $6k and my job alone would take a while to get where I want financially before investing. I’ve been advised to get a side gig to help make a little more a little faster while also learning more about real estate in the process. I’d love to, the only problem is I don’t know where to start. I don’t know any real estate agents in my area to reach and didn’t find anything on websites like Indeed. Any tips or websites/places I can visit to look into an opportunity like this? Anything helps :) thank you!

@Account Closed thank you for replying :) I haven’t looked into real estate wholesaling but I’ll definitely check it out. Any tips?

@Account Closed I definitely plan on saving up, just with my current job I don’t make much at all so saving takes a while. I also know the sooner I get started the better but with the current market it’s difficult. Any suggestions on what a good first investment would be? How much I should have, starting price, etc? Anything helps, thank you so much :)

Hi guys! I’m 18 and in Tulsa Oklahoma. I just started looking into real estate investing (I know, I’m a newbie) and just wanted some advice. I only have 6k saved up in cash but extremely good credit for my age. I know I could try and get a loan right now but many houses are prices higher and getting bought out with cash offers that I can’t compete with. Should I wait, save up, get a loan, etc.?

Mostly looking for advice for a new investor. Thank you so much :)
