With homes being underpriced in auctions, can’t you also brrr with auction homes? Or am I missing something. Thanks!

Has anyone found success in using auctions purchases to brrr rather than fixer uppers. Pros/cons? Advice? Thanks!

@Matty Foley is this after 180 days after purchase? I have been told by most they won’t refinance with a new appraised value until 6 months after the purchase.
