Hello BP,

My name is Jackson Sietsema, and I am currently a student at a local college here in Grand Rapids. Been listening to the BP podcast for a few years and finally had a gut check that I should really get out of my comfort zone, and instead of just listening to the podcast and reading books, getting out and networking with people in the area, along with looking for deals. I am currently searching for a house hack during my college years and am looking for networking opportunities and REI meetups in the Grand Rapids area. I would love to connect with anyone in the area or anywhere else for that matter. I love personal finance and believe that real estate is the single best avenue to achieve FI when properly used.

Hello bigger pockets!

I am a 16 year old trying to find a way to get into real estate. My first thought would be to wait until I am 18 to possibly get my real estate license and can then put my name on the title of any properties I buy. Another idea I had would be that if buy a deal before I am 18,  put my parents on title. However I am wondering if there is a better way or faster way to get into real estate. Thanks for your suggestions in advance!
