Does anyone have any experience working with Daytona Beach Code and the rental inspection? Would love to know your experience working with them and how it turned out. Also very interested in networking with other investors in areas to find contractors and local help. Thanks in advance!

Hello! Does anyone in Florida or specifically Daytona Beach have any experience working with code and obtaining a rental license? Apparently there needs to be an inspection to complete the license. The property is older, and in relative good condition, but my worry is there are going to try and rip it apart because its an older property and code then is not code now. Looking for any advice on the inspection, handling the situation or your experience with how harsh they are during the inspection.
