I am the tenant in this scenario. I am finishing up my last semester at Iowa State University. Came back to my apartment after Winter break and noticed some cups I had left with water in them had evaporated and left behind an oily/heavy metal looking residue. Looks pretty sketchy to be honest. I also let some more evaporate recently and noticed the same residue. Anyone have any advice on how to proceed?

Thank you for the recommendations !

@Casey Ferry

I recently got my IL license. Its not so much the class thats the bad part. The problem is the PSI testing proctor. TAKE EXAMS IN PERSON. This will help you avoid technical issues while taking it online. Their customer service is awful. As far as classes go check out reviews of the organizations in your area. Seems like most are similar. Best of luck!

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum & RE. I am searching for some more books on real estate in general. I have read the bigger pockets books real estate by the numbers & Raising Private Capital. I have also read some books related to Venture capital, Industrial Intelligence By: Justin Smith as well as the Nothing Down series by Robert G. Allen. I am interested in working in the real estate industry, investing, tax strategies, PE, syndication, BRRRR, wholesaling and development. (Please note I am not looking for beginner books) I have a background in finance and just completed an internship as a licensed industrial broker.

Please feel free to give me some recommendations.
