Hi everyone! I'm 20 years old currently going to school. As a broke college student, I want to dive into real estate wholesaling this summer to start making money. I live in New Jersey and I would love to connect with someone who can help breakdown the whole process for me. I am having trouble understanding parts of it and would love to hear from someone who has experience. Thank you!
Hi everyone!
Im 20 years old currently living in New Jersey. I am currently looking to connect with people in the area who are just starting out in wholesaling or have experience. I understand how challenging it can be to break into wholesaling and really get things going for you.
That's why I'm reaching out to this community in the hopes of connecting with other like-minded individuals. If you're an aspiring wholesaler or you've already taken the first steps in your business, I would love to connect with you and share our experiences, insights and possibly collaborate moving forward.
I'm hoping we can share knowledge, strategies, and tips that can help us all succeed in this exciting and lucrative field. We can also hold each other accountable and motivate one another to achieve our goals.
So, if you're interested in connecting, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. Let's support each other and work towards our dreams together!
Hi everyone. Im struggling to find a purchase and sales agreement and an assignment of contract to use in the state of New Jersey. If anyone from the area can send me over theirs, I'd really appreciate it.

Each take analyzing hundreds of deals to perfect. For now, leverage the experts. Contractors and realtors.
thank you my man
Quote from @Marc Maitre:
Your repair value (ARV) is simply what the property is worth fixed up. Comps are what has sold in an area of .5-1mile. Don't use comps that cross major highways or sub-divisions. Keep them tight. Use Zillow, redfin trulia, MLS, realtors, etc. Estimated repairs can get from contractors. But you're better off just googling questions like this; make youtube your best friend.
Hi everyone. New wholesaler here. I was wondering how I figure out the ARV, comps, & estimate repairs of a property. Is there a certain formula? Can someone help me understand? Thanks
