My question to all of you is have a (PI) thats willing to help me finance a deal. Were would you recommend me to start first inner city or county. Im located in Baltimore Maryland looking for faster results in this season.

Every im a lead paint professional and would love to pass on some info so if you have any questions let me know. In addition I have a question dose anybody know whats going on in 2015 dealing with lead paint.and if you do how will this effect the marketplace.
