Thank you for the advice John! I am finding that <$150,000 range is a very competitive market right now with a lower supply of houses. I'm currently working for a general contractor right now doing residential remodels while I try to begin investing in real estate part time. My brother and I are looking to buy a house to flip within the next few months. Do you know of any good mortgage brokers for new  investors in the Twin Cities? And do you help clients in the White Bear Lake area?
