Hi My name is Jackie. I'm a beginner in wholesaling and I'm looking to start my buyers list and I read in the blog how to go to craigslist and MLS listings and to look at for rent sections and cash buyers.

How do i get around the disclosure *do not contact me for unsolicited services or offers* on craigslist and how do I search for cash buyers on the MLS?
