I have 2 properties in Bonita Springs, the market there has heated up since I first bought in late 2014. Used to be lots of 2/2 condos under 100k, don't see any anymore. I'm in 2 communities, Marbella at Spanish Wells and Santuary at Imperial River. HOA at Santuary is attractive and property management firm there is awesome, I wish I could pick up more places there but they rarely come on the market and prices have really spiked recently. Thanks for the welcome I think I am in the shallow end of the pool compared to most of the folks on here but I will try and keep up as some of the conversations are very informative.

Interested in learning as much as I can about the best ways to finance and manage, I have 2 properties in SW Florida but want to add more.
