Thanks much for your response and I'm glad to hear you've had a great experience with BP.  I've hesitated to invest until I had some feedback.  I plan to begin this week and as with you, I'm not chasing the high returns but will be investing in A & B grade only.  Thanks again.  Your feedback is most helpful.
